CUSTOMERS MUST UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ORDER TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THIS OFFER (the “Offer”):

Good on qualifying orders while supplies last (the “Term”), offered by Dry Brew LLC (“Dry Brew”).

The Offer provides for select new customers to purchase a minimum of two (2) Dry Brew Adventure Packs (“Adventure or Adventure Boost Pack”) bags and receive a free 3 Serving sampler bag in a flavor of their choice, subject to availability (a “Sampler 3 pack”).

Only a single redemption of the Offer per customer is permitted during the Term.

For clarity, all subsequent orders will not receive a Sampler 3 pack.

Cannot be combined with any other offers.

Limited quantities available. First come first served and only while supplies last. No rain checks. Void where prohibited.

Only available for personal use, reselling of the Adventure Packs or the Sampler 3 pack is strictly prohibited, under the terms of the Offer. The MSRP of a Sampler 3 pack is $7.49.

Dry Brew reserves the right to close the account(s) of any customer and/or cancel any order, if any Customer attempts to use the Offer in a questionable manner, breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
