The People Behind Dry Brew

At Dry Brew, we talk a lot about fuel. Fuel for early flights, long runs, and mid-hike pick-me-ups. But the real fuel behind this company is our team.

Dry Brew was built by friends and family, and that foundation has shaped the way we work together every single day. Many of us were connected long before we ever worked here, whether it was through childhood friendships, college dorms, or family dinners. That closeness shows up in how we collaborate, challenge each other, and celebrate every win (big or small).

We’ve built a team that works hard and actually likes working together and it makes all the difference. When you’re building something with people you genuinely care about, you’re not just clocking in and out. You’re rooting for each other, pushing each other, and showing up every day because you want to see everyone win.

We travel together, work out of coffee shops, live on Google Meet, and pack orders late at night when we have to. It’s messy in the best way, and it’s fueled by a shared belief that we’re onto something special. Knowing if we keep showing up with hustle and heart, Dry Brew can go far.
